Sandblasting
First step of the preparation is sandblasting inside and outside tanks. We use high pressure in combination with sand to carefully remove dirt, corrosion and remains of old paint. It makes the surface rough, which is perfect for the new layers of paint.
Welding
We can weld additional pipes or spigots if you want. Thanks to our trained personnel, best quality metals and proper welding, the final product is durable and safe.
Coating
Next step is coating. We apply anticorrosive undercoat paint, then depending on your needs, we add additional layers, such as: Epoxy resin paint, Poliurethane foam, Chlorinated Rubber paint, Bituminous protection.
